We are looking for a Chef De Partie to join our award winning team. Ideally the candidate will have spent 18months to 2 years with the same employer and at least one establishment must have been one or two AA rosette standard. This is a busy kitchen producing to a high standard. Our seasonally changing menus, use locally sourced, top quality, fresh ingredients. You will train under the accomplished direction of Head Chef Mark Taft and Executive Chef Director Bruce Elsworth. For the ideal candidate this could be the opportunity to develop some of your own creative skillsand ideas. Live in accomodation is available and the salary is negotiable depending on experience.
