Deliciously Dales!

Mark Taft, Head Chef at the Angel Inn is making waves using state of the art food technology and a keen sense of taste.

Last night I experienced this as we had what has to be the best pudding we have ever tasted.

The dessert in question is a Vanilla Panacotta, with sweet chilli, Pineapple compote, dark and white chocolate, and a frosted doughnut…DELICIOUS!
