Our Blackboard Specials are the forum for creativity in the kitchen. Mark and Bruce will often showcase some of their new ideas for the menu, long before they hit the menu.

Predominantly fish, but not entirely, our Blackboard Specials go towards making the choice at the Angel some of the widest available in the Dales.

This blackboard is updated on a daily basis. However some dishes only appear on the blackboard in small quantities, and some dishes may prove more popular than others, therefore you may find that they are not actually available when you arrive.
